Tuna dip and white bean dip

It is advisable to cool for about an hour in the refrigerator, to combine the tastes and serve it. If desired, it can be poured with some more aromatic olive oil and granulated with cucumber, pepper, carrot and celery.
A light dinner or starter, great with a glass of white wine.

Preparation time: 7min.
Quantity of products per 1 serving.


1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
1 cup boiled and drained white beans
2 tsp. capers
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. mix of fresh spices / parsley, basil /
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. olive oil

For the granite:

Cucumber, pepper, carrots, celery

Method of preparation:

1. Put in a kitchen blender: the beans, the fish, the fresh spices, the lemon juice, the capers and the olive oil.
2. Mix to the desired size.
3. Cool for about an hour – as desired.
4. Spread the mixture in a suitable container.
5. Garnish the dish with cucumber, pepper, carrot, celery or other vegetables as desired.
6. Serve.
