Salad with roasted vegetables and tuna fish

Fast, easy, tasty with Di Alba – tuna fish!

Quantity of products for 2 servings.


3-4 slices of toasted bread
Roasted vegetables (to your liking)
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Baking paper

Method of preparation:

    1. 1. On a baking tray, bake the vegetables according to your taste.
    1. 2. Cut the bread.
    1. 3. In a deep bowl pour the baked vegetables. Add tuna, olives and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
    1. 4. Sprinkle the toasted bread with a little olive oil.
    1. 5. Serve the dish on a plate and garnish with the toasted bread.
