Potatoes with tuna fish and sweet corn

Fast, easy, tasty with Di Alba – tuna fish!

Products:

Olive oil
Onion – finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Boiled potatoes / cubes /
1 canned tuna fish / in own sauce /
Sweet corn
Lemon juice
Parsley – finely chopped

Method of preparation:

    1. 1. Fry the finely chopped onion and season with salt and pepper.
    1. 2. Add pre-cooked potatoes / cubes /.
    1. 3. Add the tuna fish to the mixture.
    1. 4. Then add sweet corn, lemon salt and parsley.
    1. 5. Fry all together.
      6. Serve.
